Satin Ball Recipe

We use Satin Balls to provide a healthy supplement for our Seniors and Dams in addition to their regular diet. It adds about 100 calories each or so to their diet and the raw factor which helps them keep their gut healthy too. These can promote weight gain.

 Servings  24


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 pounds Ground Beef
  • 5 cups Uncooked Oatmeal
  • 5 ¼ cups Total Cereal
  • 1 cup Karo Syrup or Molasses
  • 1 ¼ cup Wheat Germ
  • 4 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 ¼ Cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 5 Raw Egg and Shell

​INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and use your hands to combine well.

Pinch out a small amount and using your hands and form it into a 1 to 1 ½ inch ball.

Continue until all the mixture is used. Place on wax papered Cookie sheet, and then into freezer. You can then put into freezer bags once frozen.

Note: These can be frozen and thawed as needed. To thaw, place them in the refrigerator overnight. Do not leave out on counter to thaw.
